How are your sizes?

Our products are true to size. You can choose the sizes you prefer for daily use.
You can return or exchange items you have sizing issues with within 21 days, provided they have not been used.

Do your products shrink?

Our woven viscose and flannel products have a 5% shrinkage allowance.
Our woven cotton products do not shrink.
 

How can I return a product?

Simply fill out the return form inside your package or mark the product on the invoice and state that you wish to return it.
(For products purchased via cash on delivery or bank transfer, you must provide your IBAN number.)

I returned a product, when will I receive my refund?
Your refund is processed the day the item you sent for return reaches us.
It will be reflected in your account within 1-3 business days.

Can we place orders from abroad?

You can place orders from anywhere in the world.
Your domestic orders are delivered via Yurtiçi Kargo.
Your international orders are delivered via FedEx.

Products handed over to the courier are delivered within 1-3 business days.

Why are you so expensive?

The tailoring, fabric, threads, and all materials used in our products are of first-class quality. In order to maintain our product quality, our increased costs are reflected in our products when we go back into production.
