Cancellation, Return and Exchange
You may cancel your paid order before it is handed over to the cargo company.

You may return your order within 30 days or exchange it for another product of equal value.
Used or washed products cannot be returned or exchanged.

address, along with the invoice sent to you, within 30 days after it has been invoiced to your name, in an unused or unwashed condition.
An information e-mail regarding the status of your order will be sent to you. The amount of your cancelled orders will be processed on the same day during weekdays. Depending on the banks' processing procedures, it will be refunded to your account by your bank within 2 weeks.
Sales Terms
By placing an order, you agree to purchase the product under and subject to the terms and conditions below. All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability, and any guarantees or representations made regarding delivery time are limited to within Turkey and may be subject to delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we are not responsible. To enter into a contract with Bandito Giyim, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit card or debit card issued by a bank we accept. Customers without a credit or debit card can benefit from the 'cash on delivery' option. Bandito Giyim reserves the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, you will be informed via e-mail. You commit that all information provided to us while placing an order is accurate and complete, that you are the authorized user of the credit or debit card used to create the order, and that you have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All advertised prices are subject to such changes.
Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This e-mail is only for the purpose of confirming that your order has reached us and does not mean that your order has been accepted. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you an e-mail confirming that the products you ordered have been dispatched. Only those items listed in the confirmation e-mail sent when the products are dispatched will be included in the concluded contract.
Price and Availability
While we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices that appear on the Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel the order and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Prices include VAT.
Payment
Upon receiving your order placed with a credit or debit card, we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Products will not be dispatched until the pre-authorization check is complete. The payment will be debited from your card once the order has been accepted.
Payment via the Cash on Delivery option will be collected by the cargo company at the customer's door, either in cash or as a single installment via credit card.
