How can I make a payment?
You can pay using one of the following options: Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Transfer/EFT, and Cash on Delivery.

Do you offer installments on credit cards?
We offer installment options for credit cards with which we have agreements.
Bonus, World, Axess, CardFinans, Maximum, Paraf

 

 

For other debit cards, we only offer single payment options.

Is there a shipping fee for the Cash on Delivery option?
For your orders within Turkey, we charge you the additional 90 TL fee requested by the shipping company for the Cash on Delivery option during your purchase.

Can I pay with a credit card for the Cash on Delivery option?
If you have chosen Cash on Delivery, you can pay with a credit card to the Yurtiçi Kargo courier who delivers your order. However, there is no installment option for Cash on Delivery. Cash on Delivery is not available for orders outside of Turkey.

Is paying by credit card on your site secure?
As a security measure, we use the SSL certificate, which is the global standard for purchasing transactions. Your card information is encrypted with SSL. It is not possible for anyone, including us, to access your encrypted card information. Furthermore, Los Banditos does not store your credit card details or unauthorized personal information in any way, nor does it share them with third parties.

Do I need to be a member to place an order?
No. You can place an order without becoming a member. However, we would like to remind you that by becoming a member, you will be informed about campaigns, new models, and updates regarding Los Banditos.

You can track your order by logging in and then visiting the "My Orders" tab, or you can get information by calling us at 0542 249 30 60.
