When you choose Credit Card or Bank Transfer/EFT options, we cover the shipping fee within Turkey. We also cover the shipping fee if you wish to make a return or exchange.
For the cash on delivery option, we charge an additional 90 TL shipping fee.

Can I use a credit card for the cash on delivery option?
Yes. You can pay by credit card to the Yurtiçi Kargo personnel who delivers your order. However, installments are not available for the cash on delivery option.

How many days will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders placed before 15:00 on weekdays are handed over to Yurtiçi Kargo or Hepsijet Kargo on the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped on the following Monday. Yurtiçi Kargo and Hepsijet Kargo will deliver your order anywhere in Turkey within 1-5 business days.

International shipments via Express Fedex are also delivered to the address within 3-7 business days.
