How can I make a payment?
You can pay using one of the following options: Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Transfer/EFT, and Cash on Delivery.

Do you offer installments for credit cards?
We offer installment options for credit cards from banks we have agreements with: Bonus, World, Axess, CardFinans, Maximum, Paraf.

For other bank cards, we only offer single-payment options.

Is there a shipping fee for the cash on delivery option?
For orders within Turkey, we charge the 90 TL extra fee requested by the shipping company for the cash on delivery option at the time of your purchase.

Can I pay with a credit card for the cash on delivery option?
If you choose Cash on Delivery, you can pay via credit card to the Yurtiçi Kargo courier who delivers your order. However, there is no installment option for Cash on Delivery. There is no cash on delivery option for orders outside of Turkey.

Is paying by credit card on your site secure?
As a security measure, we use the industry-standard SSL certificate for all purchases. Your card information is encrypted via SSL. No one, including us, can access your encrypted card information. Furthermore, Los Banditos does not store your credit card information or any personal data you have not authorized, nor does it share it with 3rd parties.

Do I need to be a member to place an order?
No. You can place an order without being a member. However, we would like to remind you that by becoming a member, you will be informed about campaigns, new models, and innovations regarding Los Banditos.

You can track your order by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" tab, or you can get information by calling 0542 249 30 60.
