Is there a shipping fee?

When you choose Credit Card or Bank Transfer/EFT options, we cover the shipping fee within Turkey.
We also cover the shipping fee when you want to make a return or exchange.

For the cash on delivery option, we charge you a shipping fee of + 90 TL.

Can I use a credit card with the cash on delivery option?

Yes. You can pay with a credit card to the Yurtiçi Kargo personnel who delivers your order. However, installments are not available for the cash on delivery option.

How many days will it take for my order to arrive?

We deliver your orders to Yurtiçi Kargo.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are handed over to the courier on the first following Monday in order of priority.
Yurtiçi Kargo will deliver your order to you within 1-3 business days within Turkey.

Express Fedex shipments are also delivered to the address within 3-7 business days.

Within how many days can I return or exchange my order?

You can return or exchange it within 21 days.

What do I need to do for a return or exchange?

For the product or products you wish to return or exchange, simply fill out the return and exchange form we sent you inside your order package completely and send it back to us along with its invoice. Your request will be processed on the day your shipment reaches us.

Remember that used, washed, or damaged products cannot be returned/exchanged!

Returns and exchanges must absolutely be made with the original packaging along with all copies of the sent invoices.

Returns of products whose original packaging has been damaged, which have lost their resaleability, and which are not in a condition to be purchased by another customer, are not accepted.

Do I have to pay the shipping fee for returns or exchanges?

For all return and exchange transactions within Turkey, the shipping fee is paid by Los Banditos.

To benefit from the free return/exchange option, you must send your shipment to us via the courier companies we have an agreement with; otherwise, the shipping cost is paid by our customers.

What if I like some of the items but not others?

If you wish, you can return or exchange only some of the products you purchased, not all of them.

It would be great if you could include an explanatory note with the items you are sending back :)

I lost the invoice that came with the order?

It happens sometimes, no problem. If you want to make an exchange, we can process it even without an invoice. For returns without an invoice, we can process your refund by deducting the VAT amount. Still, try not to lose it!

When will the refund for the product I returned be made?

On the day your shipment reaches us, your return or exchange request is processed and concluded after inspection.

For purchases made with a credit card, we issue the refund instruction to the bank on the same day. Under normal circumstances, your refund will be reflected in your account within 3 business days. If you experience any issues regarding your return, you can contact us during business hours at 0542 249 30 60 or via our email address info@bandito.com.tr and we will assist you immediately.

The reflection of the payment on your card may vary depending on the processing times of the banks. Depending on the bank, the refund amount will be returned to your card within a maximum of 10 business days. For orders paid via EFT/Bank Transfer, we send the payment back to the account number you provided on the SAME DAY after inspection once the return shipment reaches us.
