Cancellation, Return, and Exchange
You can cancel your paid order before it is handed over to the cargo company.

An information e-mail regarding the status of your order will be sent to you. The amounts for your canceled orders will be processed on the same day on weekdays. Depending on the banks' processing cycle, it will be refunded to your account by your bank within 2 weeks.


Terms of Sale
By placing an order, you agree to purchase the product under and subject to the following terms and conditions. For all orders, the product must be available and the order amount must be confirmed. Dispatch times vary based on product availability, and any guarantees or representations provided regarding delivery time are limited to Turkey and may be subject to delays due to causes beyond our responsibility, such as postal delays or force majeure. To enter into a contract with Bandito Giyim, you must be over 18 years old and possess a valid credit card or debit card issued by a bank we accept. Customers without a credit or debit card can use the 'cash on delivery' option. Bandito Giyim reserves the right to reject any request made by you. If your order is accepted, you will be notified via e-mail. By placing an order, you undertake that all the information you provide to us is accurate and complete, that you are the authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place the order, and that you have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All advertised prices are subject to such changes.


Contract
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order. This e-mail only confirms that your order has reached us and does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract will not be formed between us until we send you an e-mail confirming that the products you ordered have been dispatched. Only the products listed in the confirmation e-mail sent when the products are dispatched will be included in the concluded contract.


Price and Availability
Although we strive to ensure that all information, descriptions, and prices appearing on the Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel the order and have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund. Prices include VAT.


Payment
When we receive your order created with a credit card or debit card, we perform a standard pre-authorization check on the card you used for payment to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Products will not be dispatched until the pre-authorization check is completed. The charge will be debited from your card after the order is accepted.
Payment with the Cash on Delivery option will be collected by the cargo company at the customer's door either in cash or as a single installment via credit card.
