Is there a shipping fee?
We cover the shipping fee for deliveries within Turkey when you choose Credit Card or Wire Transfer/EFT options.
We also cover the shipping fee for returns and exchanges.

For the cash on delivery option, a shipping fee of +90 TL is charged to you.

Can I use a credit card with the cash on delivery option?
Yes. You can pay with a credit card to the Yurtiçi Kargo personnel who delivers your order. However, installments are not available for cash on delivery orders.

How many days will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders placed by 16:00 on weekdays are handed over to Yurtiçi Kargo on the same day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are handed over to shipping on the following Monday.
Yurtiçi Kargo will deliver your order to you within 1-3 business days across Turkey.
Express Fedex shipments are also delivered to the address within 3-5 business days.
